We deliver to cities and towns all over India with professional and trusted courier services. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Zip Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.
 
Transit Time:-
Orders are shipped after 24 hours once order is confirmed and no cancellations are requested and probable date of delivery is reflected on Fashion Forest website while booking the order subject to courier company/post office norms and these dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the serviceTracking number will be shared on mail and whats app number provided by customer while making the order
(Urgent delivery request can be made on phone numbers mentioned on website and we will try to do our best)
The delivery timeframe mentioned in the product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon the availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues, and other circumstances that might affect delivery. 
You can rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at Fashion Forest. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at Customer Support. 

Transit & Charges:-
Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

Charges for Shipping In India:-
We offer free shipping above INR 999/- and INR 49/- for shopping below 999 /-for all our products to be delivered within India, please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to.
 
Conditions :-
In case of extraordinary circumstances, “Fashion Forest” cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
 
PAYMENT POLICY:-
Our Payment Methods include UPI payments /Debit/Credit cards via Razor pay & COD Payments. Both gateways offer complete security in your payment transactions. Customers can pay through any of the cards that are accepted by the above gateways. Any partial or full refunds in case of unavailability or any other issue of the product will be given as a credit note which can be used for future purchase
