EASY CANCELLATION POLICY

“Fashion Forest” believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:

    1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. (no questions asked). For COD orders we will be calling before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be receiving a refund in your original account /or coupon code (One year validity) where refund is not possible due to any reason.
    2. Refund will be done to the same account from where payment is received within 5-7 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

      All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email at customersupport@fashionforest.co.in with opening video/live photos  for return procedure within 24hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the “Fashion Forest” Team.

      • Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true.
      • If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange/return.
      • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact product color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
      • Please ensure that Products are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
      • Once our team receives the returned package from you we will calculate the applicable  refund as per refund policy upon quality check, Once the “Fashion Forest” team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange.
      • Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided for reasonable reason. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained

      In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website/payment advise/code shared with you.

      We do not provide reverse pick-up services and return cost needs to be paid by customer.

        • For exchange, please drop us an email to customersupport@fashionforest.co.in with your original order number along with details of the exchange and product photo.
        • Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address provided by us (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired- like size /length etc..)
        • Our team will call you once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
        • The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
        • However, if an exchange order is less than ₹1000 then you can’t avail of COD benefits. You have to make a prepaid payment.
        Applicable Deductions:-
        Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. 
        Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
        For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
        For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes. 
        A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order. 
        Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.
        TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND – Token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the ‘to & fro’ journey of the package)
        In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer. 
        Eligibility
         
        All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
        Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
        Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
        All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 
         
        Refund Time
        Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 
        A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
        For products received damaged, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. 
        Damaged Product Received: 
         
        All our products go through a ‘3-Level-Quality Check’ and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
         
        1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at customersupport@fashionforest.co.in and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 
         
        2) Reverse Pickup (Only for genuine replacement orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 
         
        3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code
